Not getting internet speed Im paying for
Im having the same issue, paying for 1300mbps and getting less that 100mpbs!!! Customer service has no idea what theyre doing and neither does socalled "advanced" tech support! They better not expect to get paid for a service theyre not providing!!

I get up to 2100, but I'm using a 2.5GBase-T PCIe Network Adapter on my desktop, are you on a Gigabit x2 plan
