Hello rcm999, I can see how that would be annoying to see when you're paying for one of our best speed tiers. I would want to be taking full advantage of all the speed that our Gig tier provides. Are you testing over Wi-Fi or an ethernet connection? If it's over a wireless connection, there could be other factors that are coming into play, and this awesome hyperlinked Walkthrough we have can help with improving that signal.
