NOT GETTING HALF OF THE DOWNLOAD AND UPLOAD SPEED
I tried to reset the box alot of times and everytime no luck even after we got a better deal when we had to switch it in my name that still didn't help when we pick the 600mb package and even on xbox1 and ps4 the downloads take long to download as well we still get around maybe 20 to 60 for downloads and uploads speed out of the 600mb package we got and xfi didn't do the trick to restart it or on the website when i tried too if the pics don't show i'm sorry i don't know why it happening like that

Can't see your pics. Since you are a new poster, they need to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting them at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to them here.
