Not getting full speed - 2 G Plan

Not getting full speed under 2 G Plan  - Unlimited which I switched from 1.2G  Plan.

1. Speed Test Result -> Download speed 1073 Mbps with upload 65Mbps

2. Plan check from xfinity  : It is showing my plan 1.2G Plan  but description showing differently

Copy and paste >

1.2 Gig Plan

Download speeds: up to 2000 Mbps

Upload speeds: up to 250 Mbps

Called several times with service rep but  still the same.   Paying more to get more speed with new modem but I am getting same speed what I had befor for download but increase upload from 35 Mpbs with old modem.

I'm having the same issue.  Just changed plans a few days ago to get 2G/250M, but my speeds has been identical to the old plan speed of 1.5G/40M.  I've had chats with various levels of technicians 4 times now and nothing is resolved.  I believe the problem is that my Arris S33 has not been properly provisioned to support the speed.

I sent a DM several days back and there is no response; however, I have identified the problem - the issue was the S33 modem - I replaced it with another modem and the speeds now reflect what is expected.  Apparently, the S33 is not supported for 2G on Xfinity.
