Not getting expected upload speed on full duplex 1 Gig plan

I'm a new Xfinity customer. I have an XB10 gateway and the 1 gig full duplex plan. I'm getting the expected download speeds in excess of 1000 Mbps, but upload seems to be limited to 300-400 Mbps. Is there something that needs to be changed on my account?

@SeattleZac Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. Our team is here to help. I'm glad t hear your download speeds are good. Have you checked your plan to confirm your upload speed? Your plan can also be found in the Xfinity App as well as on your bill which is also in the app.

@XfinityKei my Xfinity plan according to my bill is "1 Gig"

When I go to the Broadband Label for my account, it says:

Internet

1000 Mbps

Broadband Facts

1000 Mbps, Equal Download and Upload Speeds

(then it lists all the pricing info)

Typical download speed - 1194 Mbps

Typical upload speed - 1097 Mbps

Just to follow up on this for the benefit of the community...

A technician came out and checked my connection. I have the XB10, which he said is the fastest gateway currently available. When he did a speed test using his equipment, the fastest speeds he could see were 1250 Mbps down and 470 Mbps up. I asked if I were to choose the 2 Gig plan, does this mean I would these are the fastest speeds I would see? He said yes. Whatever is limiting the speed is the wiring in the building or capacity on Comcast's side.
