I activated my Modem and it says it’s all good in the app, but when I try connecting to the Wi-Fi from any device it won’t let me. Please help!

Can you tell me a little more about what happens when you try to connect to your WiFi network? Are you able to see the network name listed under available networks, or is not showing up?
