Not being able to port forward

Hello,

I have the XB8 modem, and when I try to port forward from the app, it says it is working, but none of the ports that i open are actually working.

Good day Jace0325 👋 Hope you're having a great Friday so far, and I appreciate you coming to our community for support! If you're experiencing issues with port forwarding on your XB8 modem, first ensure that the device you're trying to port forward is connected to your Wi-Fi network and powered on. If it is, try closing and reopening the Xfinity app to refresh the device list. Additionally, check that the device is using an IPv4 address, as the app does not support IPv6. If the problem persists, verify that the port forward settings are correctly associated with the device and not already in use by another device 👍
