I switched to a new Modem/Router combo (Netgear CAX80) and since installing it, I have experienced some intermittent latency issues mostly affecting latency sensitive apps like MS Teams conferencing and Zoom Meetings.
Working with Netgear support they noted that the Modem is reporting a POOR Internet connection as one of the 32 downstream channels is not locked. Below is the info from the status page. Xfinity reports no issues and I have double checked cable connections are clean and tight.
Any adice/thoughts on what might be the issue ?
