Not all coax outlets are working

I am renting a house and have just had Xfinity hooked up.  The router runs fine when connected to the coax outlet in the living room but does not connect to the internet when connected to any of the other coax outlets.  As a renter I am not supposed to pull apart faceplates and wiring.  Is this something that Xfinity can assist with or do I need to go to the landlord to try to get it worked out?

First, consult the owner about that. It is they who are typically responsible for maintaining a home's internal coax wiring.

Tried that first and they directed me to my provider.

If you have a Comcast tech come out to investigate / re-connect the individual lines to a splitter, you or the owner will likely be charged about 100 bucks.
