Not able to connect to my HP Printer in over 2 years
I see that I have a reserved ip address for my printer setup on my router. NOT AT ALL SURE WHY. However, when I try to set it up as DHCP, it does not save. I even tried to assign a reservip address to it, it saved, but the router never issues it to the printer. The printer still displays the 169.254.103.67 which means the router can't find my printer. APIPA). This essentially means your printer is having trouble talking to your router. This is not the case the signal is excellent. I also moved the printer to the router and same ip address is assigned. I have seen countless people on here mentioning the HP printers are no longer working so I know this is an Xfinity issue, not a printer issue. Can you help?

Hi there, @TANGO-1-ALPHA-3! Thank you for all of the steps you have taken to try and get your HP Printer connected. We are glad to further help and see if we can get it working. Does your home use 1 WiFi name and password or do you have the networks split?
