Not able to access Hitron’s CODA56 GUI

I'm not able to access Hitron’s CODA56 GUI at 192.168.100.1 and would like to check what firmware version is installed on my modem. Can someone from Xfinity support assist with this simple question?

It's not a simple question. It takes some work - google to find how to get into it.

Yes, I know it's not easy and I connected to the GUI last year and now for some reason I just can't. Manual IP like they say here How do I access the GUI on the CODA56?

I've tried from my Mac and PC and still can't get to the GUI page. I know Xfinity agent can tell what firmware my modem is running, since there is no option to chat with an agent anymore and the stupid Xfinity assistant is useless for something like this, I'm trying my luck here.
