Normal Signal Levels
What are the in-spec levels? I'm getting inconsistent connectivity (I remain on the zoom call, but keep getting an "unstable connection" warning. Using an Arris Surfboard and Asus ZenWifi Mini
he statuses listed show the connection state of the cable modem. They are used by your service provider to evaluate the operation of the cable modem.

This may or may not be the root cause of the problem (YMMV) but it should be addressed regardless.
The downstream power is too high / out of spec. It may be over-driving the front-end receiver circuit of the modem. That can cause random disconnects, spontaneous re-booting of the modem, speed, packet loss, latency problems, and the un-bonding of channels.
Is there a drop amplifier on the coax cable line leading to the modem ? If so, try removing / bypassing it and see. If not, you can try installing a -10 dB attenuator pad such as this one on the coax port on the rear of the modem to knock that power level down and see;

Or you could have a Comcast tech come out to correct it.

I've ordered the attenuator, but haven't installed yet. This morning my downstream power seems to be in spec, but I'm still experiencing issues. See anything else out of line here?

It's still too high. Over +10dB is too high. -7dB to +7dB is the desired range.
