Nonstop outages!!

In the past month there have been SEVERAL outages in my area (at least 7). I've lost service in the middle of assignments that are due and while trying to work without explanation. This is ridiculous and frustratingto say the lease! I depend on this service to make a living, but to have service disconnected for hours at a time COMPLETELY interferes. What is going on??? And how can I be compensated???

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?
