None of my devices recognize my 2.4 band if WiFi

I have to have split bands for certain devices and one night all devices connected to 2.4 band were disconnected and will not recognize the password. I have tried changing the password and factory resetting the router already.

Hi there, @user_2llwu1! I understand with the Smart devices, a lot of them need to be connected to the 2.4 GHz network only. Is the 2.4 GHz network still showing separately in the list of WiFi networks? Are you able to get any devices, such as your cell phone to connect to your 2.4 network, or no devices will connect?

Yes it shows separately but when I try to connect anything it shows the password incorrect. I have tried changing the password twice and still no luck. If I restart the router at night my phone will connect but is disconnected again by the morning. I’ve had the troubleshooting done 3 times now and they say everything looks good but the same problem keeps happening.

user_2llwu1, Thanks for letting us know about these details, and that you have tried troubleshooting, but the same problem keeps happening. I can certainly understand the inconvenience that this has caused you as I have been in your shoes before. What I recommend from here is getting the modem replaced.
