non working internet service on main computer. refcr915426586 on 07/16/20

Spoke with Dree on 07/16 - could not get my main computer hooked to internet servive - said I would be contacted the next day by another service tech - - no one has called ref no CR915426586 . It is now 07/19 - still no connection - needs to be addressed now.
