Non existent support of any kind
My service has been degraded since 7/2/26. When will it be fixed?
I expect to not be charged while you are not providing me with the service I am paying for.
Trying to get information from your chat bot is nothing less than insulting. If you cannot tell me when you expect service to be fully restored then you must not have too much confidence in your people. Or are they also imaginary AI bots? Your support in general is ia race to the bottom.
Please do not answer withe your corporate [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] line. Just tell me when it’s going to be fixed and how to get a refund.
