Node upgraded - how long until upgraded upload speeds?

My nodes were upgraded on 12/18.

How long does it usually take before upgraded speeds are available (mainly the increased upload speed)?

Hello, @southerndoc thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support you have contacted the right place for assistance. From experience, I have seen once the mid-split upgrades have been completed on the area equipment that the higher speeds are normally available fairly quickly after the work completion.

The website only shows the download speeds, but have I noticed once customers can see the Gigabit x2 speed available to order the network upgrade has been completed. When visiting our website, you can log in and search your address to check on the higher Gigabit x2 speed availability.

I'd be happy to do an account review to confirm if the upgrade has been completed for the upload speeds, please send a direct message.

I keep checking frequently, but the new speeds aren't showing as available.  My guess is they haven't activated things yet.
