NOC Network issue. Unable to connect to specific IP from Xfinity cable modems in two MA regions. Works fine from other networks.

As of this morning I have lost connectivity to our office that has Verizon FIOS.  I am in [Town removed once fixed].  Another Employee with Xfinity in [Town removed once fixed] is having the same issue.

The internet is working fine.  I have verified that my modem also is unable to ping the address so it isn't a router issue.
I can connect to the addresses from Verizon wireless and from the ISP at our datacenter.

I have been transferred 6 times when calling comcast and told that I have a customer provided modem and since the signal is fine they will do nothing else.

Is there no one who is able to get a network issue to the NOC?

We are seeing this same behavior across multiple clients.   The only common denominator is Comcast in very specific regions.

The issue appears to be resolved now. I also notified Verizon FIOS who only took 15 minutes to identify the issue as known.
