No WPS option in Admin tool

I also have an XB10 and cannot activate or find a WPS section or option in the Admin tool. Is there a way to get this added somehow?

I am having the same issue. And then when I go to try to do the 'short press' found in another thread, nothing happens either (no blue light shows up). Very frustrating! Trying to get a printer set up.

user_88209o Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. The XB10 does support WPS, but it's pretty common not to see a WPS option in the Admin Tool. Try pressing the button on the gateway for 2-3 seconds to start pairing mode. If that doesn't do the trick, a quick reboot is worth a shot.

If you're still having trouble, let us know what device you're trying to connect and we'll be happy to help out!

A quick press does not activate WPS, there are no blue blinking lights, and there is no option on the admin Wifi page to enable WPS. Very VERY unhappy.

As such there is no way to wirelessly connect my HP Laser Printer. All worked well -- including on Xfinity Internet -- until this XB10 arrived. In addition, this router constantly loses connection.
