No WiFi connection

I have no wifi connection, and I have started and restarted my modem. A tech cannot come out until Tue, and I’m [Edited: "Language"]. I want someone to come out today. 

It says I have a connection, but something is amiss. I’ve done all of the troubleshooting for this, is there anything else you can do?? Because now I have no WiFi connection to any of my devices.
