No unicast maintenance opportunities received

Internet signal down to house since last night.
Cable modem logs show this message repeatedly, along with MDD message timeout. Repeated power cycles, tightening of cables, signal rests from app not helping. Cannot resolve simple addresses via tracert...DNS servers unreachable.
Cannot get past the Xfinity IVR to speak to someone; posting here instead. Help. I gotta WFH today like everyday! TIA!

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
