No signal coming from main coax into home
I currently am not getting a signal from the main line it started yesterday morning Xfinity support said the best they could do I get a tech out in Sunday which in Easter. My problem is last time this issue happened they sent out 3 techs over the course of 2 weeks before they managed to get it fixed. Any tips to fix it myself would be appreciated.

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Ok is the online indicator light on the modem blinking or lit steadily ?

Ok so the modem has no or a very weak connection to their system. Did you use those links that I posted to see if there is any outage info ?

Ok so you can try the suggested troubleshooting steps in the app. And even book a tech to come out and investigate the problem if need be. Good luck !
