user_0db0kv Hello and happy Thursday! I understand that you haven't been able to use your services, are they still not working? Have you tried any troubleshooting, such as unplugging and restarting the equipment? Have you attempted troubleshooting via the Xfinity app? If there is a service interruption, you would also be able to see that information there.
