No return contact after filling xfi pod form
Hi there, I’ve filled out the form to return xfi pod two separate times. At the end it says someone will reach out to me within 24/48 hours. It’s been at least two weeks since I initially filled out the form the first time. No contact. Please help me return the pod.
and when I try to add tags below it wipes out my post and starts from scratch. So that’s a bug please report it to the dev team

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
