No ipv4

I noticed this afternoon that several devices weren't connecting to the internet and that many websites I typically use aren't loading.  Looking at the network settings I see that there's no ipv4 connection.  I tried powering off/on the gateway, releasing & renewing IP address, running Xfinity app diagnostics, and logging into the administration.  In admin mode the WAN IP address (ipv4) is 0.0.0.0, there's no default gateway address, and the DHCP client ( ipv4) is disabled.  Is this a provisioning issue.  If so how can this be fixed?

Thanks for your help!

user_8zave5 - Hello! Thank you for your feedback and reaching out to us here for help with your internet connection. Powering off and on the gateway is a great first step if your devices even drop the connection. Using the Xfinity app is another great way to check your account status to see if any service interuption was reported. And, if nothing is reported you can even use the app to troubleshoot. Have you checked your account status, and are you using any additional equipment along with your Xfinity gateway?
