no internet

Our area had storms last night, some are w/o power, but I HAVE power, however I have NO internet service. Xfinity sent an email stating service was restored & ppl may need to reset their routers (I did) but I still have NO internet.... any suggestions? Cannot reach anyone at Xfinity. Work from home so this is costing me.
