If one or more of your Xfinity services aren’t working, there are a few easy ways to check whether there’s a service interruption in your area. The Xfinity app is a great place to start, as it lets you view your account status and, if no interruption is reported, walk through troubleshooting steps right from the app. And, as @EG mentioned you can also visit the Status Center to check your connection status, resolve service issues, and see if there are any local Xfnity interruptions reported.
