My router is in, its been reset, it has lights, but when i connect to the wifi and it is still on, none of the internet works.

Did you make sure to get on the Xfinity app & go to activate device/ equipment ?

Hello @user_1q2zdy I do understand the importance of having your router working properly for you use. I do need to know is this a personal router or a Xfinity issued modem/router?
