No internet

The internet keeps dropping for no reason Atleast 10 times a day . If I go in the app I see it says your online but when I start a text it fails saying something is wrong . It’s so annoying, I have been with  Xfinity for so many years and didn’t have a complain. I work grill home and it is extremely difficult to have internet this bad . Please take action. Thanks
