No internet

Just when I thought ,they weren’t the worst .My first post got deleted, so I’m writing another one.Like I said in the first one This Company Is The Worst. This is the second time in the last 2 weeks that my internet went down.The days and times don’t work for anyone that has a job to pay this bill. I’m not Paying for Any Days that I don’t have internet.This is crazy, Yall need to do Better

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
