No Internet or cable service
I have no Internet or cable service. I’ve gone through the trouble shooting procedures and nothing. My router provides a strong WiFi signal, but that’s it. Xfinity customer service can’t ping my router nor are they able to have a tech come out to look at things for 48 hours. Are there other options to resolve this issue?
