No internet connection

I have been using my gateway for a few days without issue when it suddenly dropped it connection and has not reestablished it. I have checked the cables and restarted the gateway with no change. I have checked the connection troubleshooting tips page and still haven't found the issue. Any advice before I call someone to take a look?

Thanks for reaching out to us and for the steps you have taken, have you tried jumping on to the awesome Xfinity app to see if it detects an issue or needs to schedule for a technician to come out?
