No Internet connection
Yes I was watching a program when suddenly it independently paused. I left the channel and went back to the home screen and it said I had no Internet connection. I checked the network and the WiFi was connected but the Internet was not. I power cycled the router and there was no change. I repeated this... still no change. I rebooted my fire stick and that didn't help either. Seeing as how I'm not tech knowledgeable this is really confusing because I've tried all of the troubleshooting tips but to no actual improvement. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong/ what I can do to right the situation.

Hello @user_28976d I'm sorry to hear about your connection issues while streaming. Are other devices such as your mobile phone able to connect and stream? Are multiple devices having an issue with connecting? I have a link from our help and support site which goes over troubleshooting steps for all your services including email https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting. If you know your network password you can try forgetting the network on that device and then reconnecting to your Wi-Fi network.
