No Internet Connection US/DS Light Flashing
Hi, early morning today there was a service outage, and although it was fixed after a few hours according to the outage map, my internet never came back.
After trying to reset the modem, unplugging and plugging in all the cables, even in different outlets, the router lights stay the same. The power light stays on, the US/DS light flashes rapidly, the online light is off, and the 2.4 and 5 ghz blink and a slower rate compared to the US/DS light. The networks show up my devices, but there is no internet connection. Can’t activate my modem either due to no connection. Gateway is offline in the app/customer service said the modem is offline also.
I am a relatively new customer, but the internet has been working fine the past few weeks, so I assume my coax cable/line must have been disabled after the outage was fixed.
Tech appointment won’t come until Tuesday which is a bit annoying, so I have been trying to find solutions all day to no avail.
