No internet connected

I'm trying to get internet through 2 devices -arris sb6190 and arris sbg10. But app can't connect/find them.i tried both coax outlets,check outlets from the inside for damage,restarted all.but it not connecting. What's the problem here? Devices itself?as they have "intel" logo and bad puma chip?per articles in the internet -those are defective ones?or what else?I can't reach out to live agent.to make sure the signal is sent to my place..

Is this a new install / move-in ? Are the "Online" lights lit steadily on the modems ?

There was a piece,that had to be behind plate,where some wires kept,saw att logo on one of them.he said,someone took it off.he had to put a new one..and then,all got connected
