no discount for autopay

I upgraded my internet with the understanding that the bill would be $10 cheaper once signed up with autopay, but this is not the case.

Thanks, I see now that I have to change the existing auto payment to bank, and I was able to enter the bank info without giving Plaid the requested access to my bank credentials. Though the change was made over 20 minutes ago, the amount due is unchanged. Is this due to the payment method being changed now, though the bill is not scheduled to be paid for 11 days?

The discount would automatically be applied to future billing statements after the first payment is processed, so the system can verify the payment method.
