No connection

Hello. I lost internet connection, I think because there was outage in my area. Now looks like the problem was fixed, but I still don't have the connection. I chatted with agents a few times, and was told to text if the problem still exists. I send messages every 5 min or so, and always receive the same reply, that there is no connection with the agent, call later. Please, help me to solve this problem.
