No Connection internet or x1 for 24 hrs inexcusBable

A group of homes in neighborhood no internet or x1 for 24 hrs (while homes across road all fine.) No status updates only a statement saying outage. No representative to talk to for status. As a senior citizen In this cold weather this lack of repair is life threatening

user_2jmh3m Service interruptions are never a great experience for any customer, but we recommend to look at the Xfinity app as updates about it will be there. My team, and phone support see the same updates our customers can. I assure you that our repair team will be working hard on getting that resolved as soon as possible.
