no 2Gig speeds with supported equipment

I upgraded to 2gig service.

I have a supported modem from the documentation "Ubiquiti UCI "

I have 2.5G uplink to my gateway (https://techspecs.ui.com/unifi/unifi-cloud-gateways/udm-pro)

10G uplink to my main swtich (https://techspecs.ui.com/unifi/switching/usw-pro-max-24)

10G uplink to my office switch (https://techspecs.ui.com/unifi/switching/usw-pro-max-16-poe)

2.5G to my desktop computer, using ethernet cable (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/184676/intel-ethernet-controller-i225v/specifications.html)

Have tried switching all cables (at this point, they're using all brand new ubiquiti cat6 cables)

Speed tests are still showing no more than 1G speed from xfinity, fast, cloudflare, and ookla speed tests.

Have tried restarting modem numerous times. Have tried going through the xfinity assistant on their website.

Any further ideas? anyone from xfinity can help? Much appreciated.

OK, false alarm. After tripple checking all connections above, I found 1 connection still at 1G on my network (going from UDM-PRO to the main swtich) once I replaced that with SFP/10G connection, I can get ~2Gig to my desktop computer.
