I’ve had intermittent internet issues - Xfinity techs to house twice, router replaced by manufacturer and new modem replacement on way as well. In addition, I occasionally have pixelation on at least one TV. Netgear has said the upstream channels on modem should all be locked, and I have some unlocked and say Xfinity needs to make these adjust to their modem provisioning. I called Xfinity and nobody I spoke with now anything about this. Netgear sending new modem, should be here today - I’ll see what happens and update.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

32 locked downstream bonded with power ranging from 0.4 - 2.7. With four of eight upstream bonded locked, other four unlocked. Four locked power range from 44.3-45.8. One downstream OFDM locked, one unlocked with 3.5. Two upstream OFDMA not locked.

Downstream SNR ranges 35.7 - 38.8. Downstream OFDM locked channel 34.7 SNR.
