Next-Gen Upload Speeds
Hi -- I *think* my area was just upgraded to the new upload speeds according to emails I've gotten lately, but I still seem to be on the 35 Mbps from the 1200 Gigabit Extra plan. Is the change automatic to the 200 Mbps or is it a plan change that I need to do? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you want to check on the Next Gen speeds for your location. When the updates do occur, the speeds will automatically adjust on your end. I can double-check your location, equipment, and plan to investigate this further. Please send me a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
