Next-Gen Mid-Split Boot-file needed for Netgear CM3000
Hello! My local node/neighborhood has Next-Gen Mid-Split active and my NetGear CM3000 shows an Upstream OFDMA channel is locked. However, my upload speed it stuck at ~35-50 Mbps due to a legacy provisioning profile. I used to have proper upload speeds but this past week its been under the rated speeds I am paying for. Could an official employee please assist with pushing the Next-Gen Mid-Split boot-file to my modem? Thanks in advance!
