Next Gen Speeds?

Hello

Wondering when Next Gen speeds will be enabled?     They recently completed Enhancing Xfinity Network maintenance in area,   but i'm still at 1.1Gig/35 Upload for some reason.     Mind you i never manually restarted my XB8 Gateway as yet, as wasn't sure if it was a good or bad idea after the finished the Maintenance.

Do see a 193 OFDM Channel

and also OFDMA Channel that is locked for upload side

But other than that no idea when i'll have the new upload speed

The first thing that needs to be tried is to indeed restart the XB8.

Ok will get that done as soon as possible here--possibly within the next 5-10 minutes

That can help pull the correct speed configuration file if it is actually queued on the system. Which speed tier are you subscribed to ?

Subscribed to Gigabit 1.1 Gbps, Upload 35

I don't think Legacy Gigabit as far as i know

Still 40Mbps upload on speed test though after Gateway restart

I'm going to escalate this to the Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) who are available to these boards. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !
