New xFi Gateway Not working

I installed a new Gateway modem/router yesterday and everything went like clockwork and all my devices, including my Blink security system worked great.  Then the Blink system stopped working.  My sync module shows that it is offline.  I've reset the system and the router three or four times and still it's not working.  The router is in the same location as my old one.  Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.  It's impossible to get Blink's help.  They're useless.  However, I feel it has to be the router.  I feel like returning it to Xfinity.

The two WiFi band's SSID's have recently been combined into one with the Comcast gateway devices. Some devices get confused and don't know how to see / talk to combined SSID's. The setup manual for the Blink system says that it needs the 2.4 band, and that it won't work with the 5.0 band

If you are not using any Xfi Pods, you can try separating the 2.4 and the 5.0 names and give them two different broadcast names / SSID's;

Associate the Blink with the new 2.4 SSID (broadcast name) and password.

@EG Sorry to bother you again, but they must have changed the Xfinity app.  I went into the blue colored link as you suggested.  When I go into Advanced Settings, I don't get the 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi I'm supposed to select.  What there is Port Forwarding, Lan & Wan, DNS Server, DMZ, Data Usage and Xfinity WiFi Hotspot Network.  Nothing to select or edit.

Update:  I just noticed this message:  If you don't see the 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi settings in Advanced settings, this means these settings are now being managed automatically to help optimize your hoe network and provide the best performance possible.  I guess the bottom line is I'll have to take my Gateway back to the store and install my old one again.  Or, go buy my own?

Yeah. They've really dumbed down everything, unfortunately..... I would get my own equipment !

@EG The salesman who sold me the new equipment must be new and didn’t know it wouldn’t work with my Blink system.  I told him what I had but he may not have realized the problem.  He got really [Edited: "Language"] with me and I ended up cancelling Comcast altogether.
