New xFi Gateway for Gigabit - Admin Access isn't connecting, forever loading.

I'm unsure of what is wrong, considering the fact that its a simple matter to plug everything in, turn on the power and watch a blue light flash a few times. The moment I go to access the Gateway to set things up and activate the device and its connection, it just sits there on the load screen. I've let it sit for an entire hour to be sure that it was broken.

I'm not a hardware expert. I am glad to have "plug-n-play" devices thanks to some skilled engineers. So, gratitude in advance, I'd like some assistance in troubleshooting!
