Hello, @user_gcikcd thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for support, and wanted to let you know for privacy reasons the address you provided was edited for your protection. We appreciate you thinking of having us be your service provider at the new building. I did go to our website and the broadband label website and entered the address, and see it is showing that Comcast Business service is available, but not residential service. 

You can go here to the Xfinity Plan builder: https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder or Broadband labels: https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels put in the address to show Comcast Business plans. We also partner with our great Comcast Business sales team and can get someone from the team to contact you if needed.
