New Router Motorola MB8600 very slow
2 days ago I upgraded to a new modem - MB8600 from an old SB6121.
A week ago I upgraded from 200 Mbps to a Gigabit plan.
After activating the MB8600 online, I checked my internet speeds which now = 30-32 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload. Previously, I was getting 130 Mbps with a slower plan and my old SB6121. The blue download light is flashing on the new modem, the upload light is solid. I've tried running speed tests directly from my modem and also through my router, there is no difference in speed.
I've called Comcast and have chatted with numerous agents, some of which say there is a signal issue on their end but the last 2 I've chatted with say there's no issue on their end. All they want to do is send a tech out to my house which doesn't seem helpful.
Any thoughts or ideas? I know others have had this issue but I'm not sure what their resolution was. Here's some info from my modem below:

The upstreams are o/k but there is a serious signal / connection problem with the downstreams. There appears to be a serious case of reverse cable tilt ! Some of the carriers are not even locked and some are out of spec (including some of the SNR's.
It may be best for you to get a tech out to investigate this / balance the line.

4 Locked QAM256 15 513.0 -16.1 27.1 28897827 91908
Warnings I've had today:

Can't see your pics. Since you are a new poster, they need to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting them at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to them here.
Or copy all of the text of the status page and paste it into the body of your next post here.
