New router makes steam drop connections

Hi A while ago I got a new router and ever since my online gaming seshs have not worked at all I am constantly getting DCed when playing with others online for all platforms, (Steam, Epic Games, My switch 2 PS5 Etc.)

My browser works fine for most places like Youtube but for some reason messes up when I go into my Gmail.

My upload speed seems fine and when I talk to support on the issue they say everything looks fine.
