New NOW service but no active coaxial
The coaxial lines in this house are not allowing the top 3 to stay lit. Can I return this to the store. It appears I cannot use it.

Oh no, I am so sorry to hear that the coaxial lines are giving you trouble and keeping you from getting all the lights lit up on your equipment @user_xr2ndh! Have you had Xfinity service in your home before, if so you should be using the same active line?
