New Motorola MT8733 listed

I have seen that there is a new Motorola MT8733 listed on the Motorola site, also on other sites for sale, currently $409. It's DOCSIS 3.1, supports up to 2.5Gbps, has 4 Ethernet ports (one is a 2.5Gb port), 2 phone lines, and WiFi 6.

I'm currently using a Netgear CM600 with Extreme Pro 800/900 and get max 820 on it, and an Arris 822G eMTA voice modem. The Netgear CM600 is connected to an Asus RT-AX86U WiFi 6 router that I purchased earlier this year, which works really well since it has 3 antennas on top.

The Motorola MT8733 is an all-in-one device, which makes me concerned, as if one part goes bad, you have to replace the entire unit. I wish they made it without the built in WiFi and could just use my current Asus router with it.
